Accounts Receivable Associate – Davenport, IA
The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for supporting the Service and Accounting departments for Solutions Management Group (SMG).

This position will act as the main point of contact for the SMG Corporate office. They will manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Service Desk Analyst – Cedar Rapids
The Service Desk Analyst will provide remote, phone & email based, first level technical support to staff and faculty. This position requires an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of problems, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues. This position will focus on First Call Resolution (FCR) and as needed will escalate the incident to the Customer Support Technicians and other areas of the Technology Services department.

Technology Assistant (Part Time) – Cedar Rapids
The Technology Assistant will assist with testing and maintaining classroom technology. Utilizing a developed tracking system, this position will be required to record the usability of technology equipment throughout the Kirkwood Community College campus. This position will also assist with performing a physical inventory and maintaining inventory data.

The Technology Technician will provide remote, phone & email based, first level technical support to staff and faculty at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). This position will focus on First Call Resolution (FCR) and as needed will escalate the incident to the Customer Support Technicians and other areas of the Technology Services department.

They will participate in the oversight, delivery, and support of Computers and AV related technology delivery systems and services at DMACC. This position will repair and replace hardware components in computers and AV equipment.

They will assist with testing and maintaining classroom technology.
